Now that we’re in  January, we’re busy working on our new project and making plans for the blog in 2020.

Today we’d like to share with you one of our favourite simple pleasures at this time of year – spotting snowdrops and the first signs that Spring is on its way.  Not surprisingly, many writers have celebrated this small reason to be cheerful and today’s quote comes from American gardening writer Louisa Beebe Wilder (1870 – 1938).

We’ll be back before long with more news of what’s in store here this year.
