This month we’re celebrating both International Day of Happiness and our blogs’s 4th birthday. We’d like to send a heartfelt thank you – and a virtual slice of birthday cake – to all our readers, particularly those who’ve been with us ever since the beginning.
If you are a long-standing reader, you may remember that around a year ago we began to post a little less often as we had another project underway. Today we’re delighted to be able to tell you a bit about what we’ve been working on.
Introducing our book
Together with our good friend and talented designer Cristina, we’ve been writing Little Ideas for Living Life Well, a book that we hope will encourage and inspire.
Drawn from and informed by our blog, it’s full of original, and sometimes quirky, illlustrations and photographs from around the world. We bring you tips, recipes, uplifting quotations and practical advice for health, happiness, wellbeing and leading a more enjoyable life, every month of the year, from savouring a burst of citrus in January to practising kindness in December. We’re putting the finishing touches to the design and the book will be in production very soon.
It could be a treat for yourself or a thoughtful gift for a friend – you’ll be the first to know when copies are available to buy. In the meanwhile we’d love to hear your thoughts or questions about our book. Please write to us in the comments section below.
Stay safe and we’ll see you next time,
Claire and Sam
