Hello,
Here come the holidays, and cranberries are in season! Legend has it that cranberries were part of the very first Thanksgiving meal, and in various folklores they represent abundance and gratitude: the perfect symbol for this time of year.
While we love the traditional sauce to accompany our holiday turkeys, we thought you might like these other ideas for simple celebratory treats:

- For a delicious cranberry appetizer: top crostini with goat cheese and cranberry relish, and garnish with a little fresh rosemary.
- For a decadent cranberry bark: melt good dark or white chocolate, spread on parchment paper, sprinkle evenly with pistachios, golden raisins and dried cranberries, leave to set, and break into pieces.
- For a festive cranberry cocktail: freeze fresh cranberries, add to a champagne flute and fill with prosecco.
Cheers – and Happy Thanksgiving!
Sam and Claire
